Advantage Internet Marketing launches new Technetronics web site

We are excited to announce the launch of TechneTronics, Inc, is a Baltimore, Maryland Low Voltage Contractor that provides commercial properties in Maryland, DC, Southern Pennsylvania, and Northern Virginia with leading Fire Alarm, Physical Security, Structured Cabling, Audio/Visual, and E-Call Products and Installation.

TechneTronics came to us with no existing website, but a very impressive resume of past projects and catalog of products that they offer to their clients.


Put Your Best Foot Forward

TechneTronics gallery of past jobs was very impressive and when we talked about the site with them, we knew that this was something that we wanted to showcase right up front. We designed a rotating gallery of their work with images, names and locations right into the banner of the home page. A picture may be worth a thousand words, but sometimes it doesn’t convey all of the details, which is why we also setup a case study page that was linked to from each of the images in the rotating banner. The work you’ve done in the past says more about you and your company then any other aspect of what a potential client reads or sees on your site.


Establishing Trust

For a commercial property owner to allow you to come in and work on their multi-million dollar facility, there has to be an innate level of trust between you and them. In addition to an impressive resume of work, working with the leading brands in the industry also helps. We developed a rotating banner of the dozens of high quality products that they sell and install to help show that they’re not using low grade materials, but truly the leaders in the industry. In addition to showcasing their brands, we also included logos of the professional affiliations and certifications that they hold right next to the call to action. This works to build additional trust and accountability, at the same time that you’re asking the client to make a decision about working with you. This typically leads to better response and higher conversions.


The Finishing Touches

The design of the site was left very clean, open, and crisp with high-use of white space to help reenforce the copy and images. We used crisp stock photography where necessary to help create a professional image and layered photos, shapes, and boxes to add depth and character to the site. To help reenforce their brand, we included their logo icon in various parts of the site to better establish it and the site as their own. The site was optimized throughout the process for Search Engines from the design, to the structure, to the copy, to the development, to ensure that new customers could find it as they looked for service across the search engines.
